Lying and can't do any work looking for insurance free checks
Made an appt for my oil change. Was told it would take a max of 2 hours. Waited, after 3 hours I checked to see if it was done and the front desk told me not yet. I ended up waiting 6 hours. Then I was told by a manager that my car was ready to go 1 1/2 hours in. He didn't understand why no one told me it was ready to go until after 6 pm.
Took vehicle to Ewing due to alignment issues. Was told nothing was wrong with me vehicles alignment. Took my vehicle to another dealership and they advised my alignment was not straight and they fixed it.
New service advisor not as helpful as prior who retired. Jim
No comment. Never heard back on poor service.
FRAUD ALERT Worst Experience Ever! I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership and feel obligated to share so others don't fall into the same trap. Jim was great however black shoe booties were missing from truck.
I asked for more pictures of a truck that I was very interested in. I received an email from a salesperson but there was no way to access additional pictures.
Did not except coupon from Subaru dealer from other place. They lost more money.instead 20 lost 70
