Got there, spotted my car, and looked at it. Got all the info I needed by looking at it. Was never approached by anyone. The emailing back and forth was good. I give it a no as there was not enough interaction and no other choice.
The mechanics forgot to reset the settings on my car computer on the oil change and air filter for the second time!
Problem has still not been resolved
I was not given a copy of my receipt.
There was oil spilled over the engine and the oil wasn't to the full mark on the dip stick.
I spent way too much money and now none of my tire monitors are working instead of just the one I asked them to check.
This was the third visit for my Hummer SUV, each time an item on the list is a rattle in the rear door. Every time the deal ship claims they cannot recreate the rattle. Since I hear the rattle every time I drive the vehicle I find their claim to be false at best. I suspect they don't perform a valid test drive of the vehicle.
I am rating a 2 star since I am still waiting on my car to be fixed from February 19,2025. I don't know if I will buy a Buick again since this part is taking so long to get in. I wish the service guy I will leave name unknown knew a time frame the part would be in. I will still be having my car serviced at Ewing Buick GMC since the part is on back order.
