Didn't appreciate lack of urgency and willing to work with on efficiently getting in and out of financing !!! The guy is very unfriendly and too arrogant!! Bruce our sales guy was transparent and honest and very respectful of our time

Service advisor is excellent! Kept me informed. Truck had grease on the mat and arm rest. oil life not reset no DEF
The recall service was quick and completed on time however, my only issue was that I've specifically informed my service advisor Alex Gaden that my 2024 Yukon AT4 has just been derailed so I didn't want it to be car washed. Alex Gaden noted my request in his iPad. To my surprise, when I picked it up, the service department still performed the car wash and meshed up the detail work done leaving water marks all over. The poor rating isn't for the service at this time because the sales representative who assisted me did great to squeeze me in the day before my family was to take our vehicle on a road trip for Thanksgiving holiday. The poor rating is due to having to bring my car back for an oil leak a week after having my oil changed. The leak was due to the gasket not being sealed correctly. I was without a vehicle for 5 hours on a day I had several errands to run prior our trip. I expect better.
The invoice said that Ewing was going to wash and detail car and they did not. Also didn't address the main issue I brought car in for
A disaster, took way too long to fix a fender bender! Poor communication with the insurance company that was handling the payment.
They wouldnt negotiate on the price even though they ended up selling it cheaper later to someone else!
The first filter and oil change including tire rotation was performed. Not sure if the tire rotation was actually performed. Car was was also done but not as what I've expected. My front license plate frame was deformed add bent. Car wash was unsatisfactory but what do you expect on free car wash anyway. More room for imprivement
