Ewing is a great place to do business. Their service department is second to none. And Steve Fortner is the best Service writer I have ever run in to. Kudo's to Steve
The customer service person is was great, however I drove my car n with a recall and drove it away with three problems. A couple of those were warranty issues so I have no idea why they didn't fix those. For a luxury car dealer, they should do better.

Fixed the issue with muffler, no problem. Asked them to fix the directional display that mysteriously stopped working after the last time I brought my car to them and they wanted to charge me. They messed it up! Probably a simple reset but service advisor said an extra fee to even look at it.
