I was charged for them not to program my remote to my vehicle. When I took the remote to another facility, they were able to program it with no problem. I am out over $100 for them not to do anything. Maybe my last time going.
Whitney's customer service was very good, but the purchase I made of my 2016 Yukon was terrible because they sold it to me knowing that it had problems with the transmission, they still sold it and the customer, without knowing, would pay for the repair after the purchase within 5 days, the problem with the transmission still continues and the sale of the vehicle was more than 21k and the repair of the transmission is more than 7k, this is a huge robbery!!!!!!

I liked my service manager Jim Beardon but very disappointed I didn't get a loaner car and missed a week of work! That was supposed to be a perk of buying a brand new car!
Most everything was prefect but, they failed to repair my minor.
Do not go! They are scammers. They will purposely break your car to sell you one of there's. I'm very close to filing suit at this point because the mechanic there purposely burned my transmission fluid.
Went in for an oil change and free wash, came out with a damaged roof that they had to fix. Returned to fix the roof and they broke the trunk latch. They did cover the repairs, but I will never return to this dealership.
Try to sell me a car with dog hair all over it nasty inside very very dirty
Although my service rep, Herb was awesome. Idk how I ended up with a bad headlight assembly when nothing was wrong before they serviced my suv for a recall. Seriously contemplating not going back there.
