What are you guys doing? I suspect nothing. I suspect that you are not a human but some kind of automatic app. I have written several reviews of the recent experience at Ewing Buick GMC but I am not going to submit a review to you unless you contact me as a human being and explain yourself. There is virtually an avalanche of these reviews going on and I am fed up answering them. Too long waiting time. Not aware of status on work progress. Provided an estimated time of completion for an oil change of 3 hours and it took them 5. When I called to ask what was the reason of the delay they didn't known the status on my vehicle. They didn't reset the oil life indicator on the dash prompting me to suspect that they didn't change the oil at all.
GMC is unable to obtain parts. Car has been in the shop 3x for the same issue. Each time the issue has not been resolved due to parts not available or when parts arrive they are not working. Frustrated.
A joke. Place has gone down hill fast
Overcharged Checked other repair auto shops on work done Would have been much cheaper
You know a dealer has problems when rather than replace parts the "best they can" is splice wires together.

Slow and inadequate for service. Disappointed in this place. Hope they fix their problems soon. Want to keep car in shape but asked for service was nor provided
The cashier doesnt wanna use my 10% off of my oil change this is the second time and she always always said now I dont know why I receive 10% off on your emails and the cashier doesnt want to use it ??
