Been using this dealership since owning my truck and have had good experience in the past. However, this visit I found they informed me they increased their oil change price AFTER I scheduled my appt. and was denied use of my online "special" service coupon for the second time. Be sure to read fine print for exclusions. Most likely my last visit to this dealership.
Terrible with the agents???
Really bad service and cheating to get more money for nothing
First, the service department recommended replacement of an expensive evaporator coil without confirming where a leak existed (i.e., was it the coil, or just the seals). Then, they quoted a price 42% higher than any other vendor for the parts + labor. When we refused the work, Steve in the service department tried to charge us for the diagnosis and claimed that he'd told my wife - when in fact he hadn't said anything about a diagnostic charge. We refused to pay, and well never go back.
Not happy! will not be a return customer.
Too pricey and the car rental was filthy
