It took almost 2 hours to get an oil change that was pre-scheduled.
Terrible. Was lied to purchase additional services that I did not need nor my car maintenance schedule was calling for. Stay away from the dealerships service department. Take your service money elsewhere.

You sold me a car with problems & you clearly didn't give a dam. I also traded a truck in that was meticulously taken care of & I showed you the paper to prove it. Dave your word is no good. You never gave me the veterans discount, not on the paper work. Nor did you show me the options on the car like you said you were going to do, did you. I highly do not recommend you or the dealership. The car I got gets horrible mileage & the manager said he'd look into, never did. Dishonest is the truth !
Pushy and will not shoot you straight answers
They didnt change the oil filter and short me on the oil
they advised to change fluids that had recently been changed by them - they either don't read their own records or are on commission and trying to upsale....
