Still not fixed, needed parts not in. No estimates when it will be fixed.
Was told by an independent car repair shop that the car needed to be repaired at dealership. Ewing excessively charged for labor ($400+/hr) and charged us for a 7 hour job that they completed in 4 hours. Will not be going back to this greedy dealership.
Check your dip stick before you leave this dealer if getting an oil change. Having used this dealer for oil changes since owning this vehicle, I started having intermittent oil related sensor issues & check engine light within a month after having my previous oil changed at Ewing. I was sold a truck with issues and when asked to check into it, they said they would try to squeeze me in when it was last there instead of checking it then. They were more focused on when they can finish the deal and move onto the next person.
Took way to long. Waited over 3 hours for an oil change.
I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:00 I got there a little early and they took the car. They changed an air filter or two. It took over three hours doubtful I will return
caused more problems after they repaired my car and took over 2 weeks to fix it
After getting my engine oil cooler replaced my car developed a coolant leak, after a few days I found 2 cuts in a coolant hose that probably happened from the technician trying to rush the job, I took it back to the dealer and they offered to diagnose the problem free of charge and put me in a rental but it sounded like I was still gonna have to pay for the problem they caused so I took care of it myself and found the leak and replaced the $10 hose
What service? I only came in to make a down payment. The car kicks to manual gear sometimes, and the drivers seat is falling apart. Robert Gee
