The overall service was fine but mechanical quality is questionable. The squeaky sound from the vehicle was and is still obvious to me but they couldnt figure out where it came from.
Went in to have truck checked for misfire. They charged me for $160 fee to tell me same thing i could have gone to autozone and got done for free. Towed truck to sewell and they find the the real issue and repaired truck under warranty
The wait time was insane! I saw my truck was ready before anyone.
No issues other than they are dreadfully slow
Dropped off my truck at 7:30 am for an oil change and inspection. They ended up having to replace a tail light bulb and 3rd brake light bulb also, however didnt get the truck back until the next morning with no warning call that i wouldnt have it before the day was over. It shouldnt take 24 hours for an oil change, tail light bulb, and 3rd brake light bulb replacement!
Very disappointing. Huge cost. No longer under warranty. I was called and told a part is on back order, I can pick up the vehicle, but it could catch on fire as it's driven. They did reduce the price of the service. Unfortunately, still have not eliminated the squeaking sound that happens when I drive over any bump.
Service rep was great however service tech forgot to tighten the skid plate under the engine and it fell off while driving in traffic and I had to pull over to Side of road and walk in traffic to pick it up. It was bent badly from damage.went back to dealer to have it correctly installed. At 55 MPH this could have ended badly.
Not so impressed, poor service
Someone stole sunglasses from vehicle during service.
