Brought in coupon for oil change for $25 off. Could have gone to local shop for full synthetic 8 quart oil change At $49. Service advisor said I could use it. After service was done told by different advisor I could not use it. Lost some of my GMC points due to this screw up. Sent email and received email that I need to call Ewing Buick to discuss. I told them to call me. As of 2 weeks no call. Asked if I could apply to having wiper blades replaced. Asked how long it would take. Answer 10 minut.
Day of purchase of a new car could not take it home. No loaner offered is a concern.
They always try to sell you unnecessary (expensive) services
I bring mu truck for a problem in the transmission, they said the truck was perfect not found any problem, but my truck has the problem
My service was good but they tried to up sale me in the amount of 2200.00 for things I didn't even need. The advisor said I needed tires now today my car is making the same noise that it was making before I bought a new set of tires. Bad for business! Don't try to sell the customer things they don't need!
3 led time Ive taken my vehicle and the items requested to be fixed are not fixed.
Not good at all. Went in for 2 tires and state inspection. Mechanic pushed for $1,500 worth of unnecessary repairs and rejected to pass the car. Stopped at a another service station and in 10 min had the passed cert ready.

Usually great at everything. Paid $100 agains my warranty deductible because of a tire rotation where the dealer broke the tire sensor. I did t break it. It was fine when it was brought to them. Why did I have to pay. Usually spot on care but this time was disappointing...
