Disappointed Check-in took forever! I paid for the room in advance so I didn't understand why the process took 10 minutes. To make matters worse, they asked for my cc as a hold for incidentals which isn't unusual but I've discovered that the room has been charged to my cc. Now I have to dispute the charges (another long process). The shower sounded like a steam whistle...the hotter the water, the louder it was. Stayed at other Extended Stay Hotels but this has been the most disappointing experience.

Great stay at the Extended stay Nice person at the desk. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable giving me a great sleep. Room was quiet and close to the highway.
