Candace checked us in and she checked us out! She made the process smooth and seamless. Loved that there were extra towels in the room. The bed was comfortable. Room was on the smaller side, but did not feel cramped .

Hotel seemed a little old and bathrooms need stronger exhaust fans.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room. But for an extended stay accomodation, it had zero accessories in the room - not even a coffee pot. It seems you have to pay extra for even a fork or dish. That part is not so great.

Friendly staff and smooth check in. Unlike a few economy hotels in the same location (Montrose) who usually charge security deposit even if a guest prepaid a room, the check in here is smooth and friendly. No "security deposit". I booked this hotel for a visitor for one night; the guest liked the hotel a lot.
