Room was great, and the staff was very friendly. I didn't care for the "grab and go" breakfast, and the back door key reader forced me to use the side door on occasion. Also, I had difficulty sleeping because the air conditioner kept the room at a balmy 78 degrees...

While the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean, the kitchen was completely empty. No coffee maker either. I didn’t realize I had to request those items until the morning when I needed them. This is not acceptable. They should already be in the room or, at minimum, have the person checking in explain this.

Had a snowstorm this weekend was not impressed wiith the plowing had to shovel our way out of the parking spot. Had some other guests shoveling the parking lot so we could get out. Hotel next to us had a clear parking lot. Here are pics of the shoveling. Heat was stuck on 80 so room was hot didnt even need the heat on.
