The staff is very nice, helpful and professional. My room had stains on the carpet but it is a pet room. The breakfast has no seating area and is coffee, tea, granola bars and banana muffins. That's it. I was here 4 nights and it was very quiet. AC/heater units were being cleaned. Elevator is great.

The beds comfort was Ok. The Dirty of the halls and Stairs was terrible, really dirty. Also the cleanness of the carpet and chairs very dirty with pets hair that create an atmosphere of a dirty room. You should separate rooms for those persons that we don't required pets friendly rooms or CLEAN THEM !!!

Rooms were very spacious, everything looked good, only thing that seemed to be dirty was the microwave. Staff was fine, rude when i arrived. Watch out for that $200 deposit. Was unaware before booking and I swear I read from top to bottom for fee charges. Got good sleep, nice beds.
