not so great experience The hotel needs to be remodeled. It is worn out and not as nice as the other one that is close to it in Rio Rancho. The second night we were there, a power transformer blew up in the middle of the night and knocked all of the power out. We didn't have any power until around 10am later that morning which meant that our food in the fridge was spoiled and there was no way for me to blow dry and flat iron my hair which was very inconvenient. Superb View Expected accommodations for the price; and you get a little breakfast snack, with flavored creamers for your coffee. I bet this hotel has superb views for Balloon Fiesta!

Problem fixers My first room was having issues with the smoke detector beeping very loud every few minutes. The front desk took care of the problem, put me in another room, no questions, and a smile on her face.
