No Other Choice Basic hotel with apartment sized fridge, hot plate and microwave. The room seemed clean, but the hotel is grungy and the amount of people just sitting in the parking lot with chairs drinking beer and hanging around our truck made me a little uneasy. There really wasn't another choice, so this hotel worked for my needs this time. You won't catch me booking this hotel again.

Loved the small kitchen. Have never stayed at an Extended Stay hotel because I always thought it was for people staying a week or longer. Did not need all the amenities but glad to know for the future what to expect. Clean and property was in a safe area. Close to everything.

Convenient to have a kitchen and dishes etc. Facility is clean and conveniently located for NW Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

not so great experience The hotel needs to be remodeled. It is worn out and not as nice as the other one that is close to it in Rio Rancho. The second night we were there, a power transformer blew up in the middle of the night and knocked all of the power out. We didn't have any power until around 10am later that morning which meant that our food in the fridge was spoiled and there was no way for me to blow dry and flat iron my hair which was very inconvenient. Dirty facility but staff friendliness made it ok. Room and facility a little dirty. Staff was very nice and helpful
