Excellent hotel. We had a "chirping" smoke alarm and they fixed it immediately.

This Extended Stay America is my favorite place to stay in Rio Rancho. Great location, great price and quiet but still close to major businesses.

It is quiet and beds are fairly comfortable. Under beds have not been vacuumed in months or longer. Carpets are filthy and in disrepair. Socks and feet get black walking on the floor. Bath tub drain plug partially works and tub full of water drains while taking bath. Small cook top is in disrepair and will not heat. Microwave turntable does not work.

staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean, but dated and furniture was sort of shabby. Parking lot had broken glass which was never cleaned up during my stay.
