The entrance way and the stairwells were very smelly.

Room was basically clean. No coffee in room despite the empty full kitchen. Very small mini coffee bar in lobby. Room layout was okay. For an extended stay no drawers for storage except for the beat up TV stand. Shower curtain was hung so high the shower leaked water all over the floor. Had to use towels to keep it dryer. Hotel staff knew the issue and just gave us new towels. No blow dryer in the room. Would pick another hotel the next time we visit Albuquerque for the Balloon Festival. Oh yeah. compressor on refrigerator very noisy refrigerator doors were on backwards bathroom fan was on same circuit as light and very noisy air conditioner sounded like a jet starting up when coming on

Extended stay review It was an extended stay with micro , electric stove, NO OVEN. ALL dishes and utensils provided. The coffee maker sparked out while i was turning off. They gave me another that leaked out on counter. I believe its over priced calling itself an extended stay. Even with the discount i get.

The lobby was extremely dirty when we checked in. It was slightly rainy when we checked in so I wasn't concerned, but when I checked out two days later the same trash was on the floor from two days prior. The front doors were disgusting with finger/hand prints. The trash can out front was over flowing. The elevator looked as if it had never been cleaned. Check in was easy with friendly staff. The room was fresh and clean unlike the lobby.
