I am always going to this location because of its staff and cleanliness but this time around the hotel had a weird smell and so did my room not clean but chemical

Mediocre hotel The location is great and the customer service is exceptional, however, the rooms were disappointing. The carpets were filthy and stained. Pillow cases had stains. You have to request everything from kitchen items to blow dryer which was a huge inconvenience. I guess it’s fine for one night or if you’re trying to stick to a certain budget, but I won’t be staying here again.

The door key wouldn’t work on several trips back to the room GFI switch in kitchen for the coffee pot one wall plug hanging out of the wall

I was not able to access my email on my Kindle. I had just used it in Albuquerque the previous 4 days, as well as several places in Europe, and the U.S. over the past year. When I got home it came right up without a problem. It is something about their wifi access.

Refrigerater was leaking water and not cooling my food. Staff was willing to relocate me to another room but I felt it was not necessary. Staff was very graceful and accomodating. Thank you Torrey

Service was terrible. My room was not cleaned the cabinets had half full beer bottles. We called to ask for our room to be serviced the response we were given was “we don’t clean rooms daily there will be a charge.”
