No amenities unless you specifically ask! Must be a lot of theft in the area because hid the dishes, blow dryer, even the coffee maker away unless you ask. There wasn't even a waste basket in the bathroom area. Really annoying. Breakfast was awful. Instant oatmeal...sign said toppings, no toppings.. No spoons, guess people steal those too. At night we had a choice; bake to death or have the loudest air conditioner in the world whirring in your ear. So glad to be home, will never stay there again!

Good deal Good rate for room. Cleanliness could be improved. Ideal location for shopping and eateries in the area.
budget hotel with terrible staff hotel is just ok. not bad but not great. bare minimum in the rooms. that was expected but what was an unpleasant surprise was the rude staff. when i arrived at the front desk at 9pm nobody was around. rang the bell and a very obviously begrudgingly woman arrived to ask me rudely if she could help me. not the way to greet a guest that has just arrived. the rest of the interaction was cold and short..if not flat out thinly veiled contempt. then once in my room needed a pen and paper....very bas... read more

I didn't receive maid service. I stayed for two nights. I was gone from 8am until 10pm and when I returned to the hotel to take a shower there had been no maid service. The bed was not comfortable.
