They never gave us TOWELS. Everytime we asked,it was always in the dryer blah blah blah. The phone in the room didnt work. There were hairs on the bed sheets that didnt belong to us. Whoever cleaned the room didnt CLEAN. I will NOT visit this ESTABLISHMENT ever again

Zero stars/terrible business & customer service This hotel ignores hotels.com reservations and overbooks. Hotels.com customers WILL NOT have a room here despite "the paid for and reservation guaranteed " confirmation you will get. Our group had 6 rooms reserved, paid for and confirmed and all were told "sorry we're overbooked and don't have rooms for you". Extremely rude staff, especially the manager! Do not give this hotel any business...you'll be sorry!

Someone will have to pay me to stay there again It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, from beginning to end. The front desk person seemed irritated that I interrupted her afternoon when I arrived. The bed was about a foot from the AC, so if it's hot and you need the AC on high, it can be noisy and uncomfortable. I reported that the bathroom sink drain was very slow, and no one addressed it during my stay. No batteries in smoke alarm, sticky dirty floor, bad reception on all television channels, air conditioner partially worked, candy and candy wrappers on floor, trash left behind in trash can, very rude manager/team leader. Yvette was rude from check in to responding to condition of room. Was more interested on baby monitor when I was checking in. Will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

Bad Hotel staff was the only thing good about the stay. Tv was broken, no coffee pot, no continental breakfast as listed, wi-fi was slower then dial up and the hotel carried every noise as if it was right in the room

Waited a half hour for someone to appear at front desk to check us in. Room had roaches. It doesn't stop there

NO dishes in the kitchen area, NO pool to swim in, NO maintenance for toilet not flushing, DID NOT KEEP up on the to go breakfast and not much to choose from.

Toilet issues Stayed in room 146 for over a week, had a terrible experience with our toilet. We had to flush our toilet once every time you would stick a small wad of toilet paper into the toilet so it would not get clogged. Called the front desk 10 minutes after arrival the first day and complained that the toilet was clogged. She asked if we wanted to move to a different room, we went to the next room but it smelled like smoke.
