It wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. The hotel wasn't as nice as other Extended Stay Hotels. We were on the 3rd floor. The registration clerk said since we were only staying for ONE night we will be on the 3rd floor. The room that we were in was dirty, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall, the electric outlets didn't work, the air conditioner didn't work good-we had to mess with the knobs to get it to turn on for a couple of minutes and it would turn off and there were no blankets for the foldout couch. Won't Stay Again Bed linens not available for sofa bed; used syringe and trash under bed and chair

Bad business It was the worst visit every they didn't have our room set up for the requests that we ask for and we where told that they didn't have housekeeper available it was just a mess all around.

This place has gone down hill in the past few year Limited staff, a grab and go breakfast that is a shadow of its former quality. Limited respurcea, no business center and limited housekeeping. I was there 4 nights and never saw a housekeeper. Dirty hallways. On the positive side it is close to several fast food places and a gas station
The outside looks good but the inside of the motel is old. Lots of things looked broken. The first room they gave us was not clean. There was dirt on the floor, medication still in cabinet. The second room was ok but there were no hand towels or wash clothes, the heater made loud noises but could still feel the cold.
Poorly remodeled The layout of the room was ideal but the poor remodel job that was done was disappointing. Or room could have used a better cleaning job too. The kitchen was dirty but I will say the beds and bathroom was clean.

Be ready for a long night!!!! I was told when I arrived that the motel they were out of rooms. The desk clerk told me that they don't guarantee reservations made thru hotels.com. I wasn't offered any other locations and was on my own. After driving around for over three hours I was able to find a room in Albuquerque for my extremely tired family which was after midnight. I wouldn't recommend this motel due to the fact of poor training.

I had the room that sleeps 6 the fold out couch was dirty with crumbs and hair for a family of 6 there should have been more towles, washcloths and handtowels behind the stand between the beds was leftover trash the bed by the window in the corner had trash also. Water was to slow took forever just to shower.
