So Disappointed I booked a hotel in my city and this is silly but I was looking for a fridge in my room and free breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk person informed me that they were completely booked. I called the customer service line and was put on hold while they verified it was actually booked. They put me on hold while they tried to find a room. They said they found an upgraded room for me at a hotel 15 minutes away in another city. We said yes so the night wasn't ruined. Need an Extended Stay hotel? I'd run from it! We had a laundry list of problems. I'll list them below. To give you an idea of who we are, we are a family of 6 that needs a suite to sleep all of us comfortably. This is our biggest focus. 1) the hotel "Lost" our reservation. But expedia clarified that she was not looking in the right place. Wasted 20 minutes at check in with 4 cranky kids who had been cooped up in a car for 12 hours! 2)Both luggage carts had a flat 3) Pull out couch mattress, was basically a blanket. No one at front desk The hotel is min-managed. There was never anyone at the front desk, the keys didn't work consistently, the elevator was down, the remote doesn't work, there was only 1 housekeeper....I really don't care; I just want a convenient and comfortable place to stay. On our last day, we had a flight to catch. We forgot something in the room, the key didn't work. No one was there to help. We had to just leave. What a nightmare. Won't be back. At first we were told (at 5:30 PM) that there were no rooms with King beds available. I had booked a King room. They checked with housekeeping and found us one that was clean. I was optimistic when I saw how nicely furnished the hotel was. It was fresh and clean and had ample space. The suite had a sofa and arm chair, king bed, two desks and three desk chairs. However, there were no Dishes, glasses or utensils in the unit. You must request them, which we did in the morning, but they never brought them up. The ... read more

DIRTY!!! you over booked my room. So I didn't have one when I got there. They gave me a king and sofa sleeper for 3 people, when I need 2 doubles and a sofa sleeper. The room was dirty, crumbs, hair & buttons on the floor, stove top looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months and the bed was uncomfortable. We had to get our towels & soap at the office. Bad Service Phone and TV remote control did not work when we first checked in. As front desk lay told me Hotel changed towel and clean room every 8 days !!! I tried to call front desk to ask the pw for wifi, none answered the phone. During 3 days stayed in hotel I only saw one person taking care of everything : Front desk lady !!! Won't recommend to anyone this hotel. They need to improve their service !

Ok but they only cleaned the room once a week!! They only cleaned the room once a week. Had to change and ask for clean sheets and towels on one of the tuesdays. Then no one could speak English. Refrigerator ran to loud and could not sleep. Overalll not to good!!
