Great Stay Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. No complaints. Experience was great. Staff are friendly.

I liked the location, staff was pleasant. I did not get items requested, but understand the light staff in the evenings. It’s wonderful that pets are allowed!

Was disappointed that the room was not cleaned. Stuff was left from last person staying in the room.

Robert, please accept our apologies for your suite not being totally ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. Nice Place Very nice place to stay. The only major downside was that our room was not officially ready when we checked in. It was still getting cleaned. Otherwise, it was quiet and had friendly people.
Our stay was good until I seen a man with a dog in the waiting area where they were serving morning coffee and goodies. I love animals but not their pet dander in edibles. Aside from that , My stay was very comfortable and the room had more amenities that I expected. (refrigerator, microwave..etc..) I would stay there again on my next visit.
