Bare bones extended stay hotel. No daily towel or bed service, no coffee maker, cups, etc. Kitchen completely bare. Had to go get items next day. Clerk all alone and couldn't deliver even though asked earlier. Dirty towels on bathroom floor when we arrived in the room. No printer available to download boarding passes, no ice made in freezer and no icemaker. Extended stay usually means these things are readily available. Breakfast had no protein. Very minimal. What to do when the fire alarm sounds Hotel Smoke alarm was engaged throughout hotel. Very loud and defining. No communications from anyone from hotel staff. When trying to call to operator, NO RESPONSE! Not good when you have elderly folks wondering in the hall, and no assistance from anyone. I went out to the hall and assisted them through the ordeal. Easy access to shopping, etc. I needed to get some work done so chose this hotel because of the small kitchen. A decent place to stay. Friendly staff and clean. The internet (Wi-Fi) was terrible so I was not able to get work done. Need to improve or expand Wi-Fi capacity if they want to advertise as an extended stay hotel.

Requested 2nd floor room, put on ground floor. First room the heat/ac until was missing a control knob and table lamp. Had to change rooms. Second room, bathroom sink was dirty. Check in guy was very indifferent. Wasn’t greeted cheerfully, given no direction, etc.

Great customer service The staff customer service is excellent, Inonly anticipated staying for one night and extended my stay for 3 days I was able to keep the same room.

This hotel worked well for our stay, the elevator is a little noisy and no breakfast to speak of but room was spacious and clean.

It was easy to get to. Also the lady at the front seat was awesome. They were quick to bring me a coffee pot. It was awesome.
