Dog food spilled in the hallway stayed there two or three days. Our room facing Rio Rancho Blvd was loud with traffic. The windows did not seal well and had some cracked frames.

It is nice to have a full-sized refrigerator and freezer in the room, along with a stovetop and dishwasher, and the availability of dishes and pans, so you can actually cook. The quarters are tight but functional, though I couldn’t figure out how to recline the recliner. I stayed here last year and it is nice and comfortable.

Walls are super thin. I could hear the guy next door snoring. The floors didn't feel clean and felt sticky. But you get what you pay for. It was good enough for one night

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shannon went out of her way to help me to move into another room when the first had a problem with the bathtub plug. I was exhausted from traveling and her kind attention made all the difference! The room was very clean and comfortable and the little kitchen really suited my needs.
