stay again anytime Our stay at extended was nice staff was very helpful and polite. surrounding area was excellent for shopping and places to eat and dine.

Interesting find! Needs to change fitness center photo...shows free weights, but there are none... Found a pair of old work boots under the bed while looking for the remote! Hahaha so might want to make sure House keeping is getting the job done correctly every time. Other than that...Nice Place to put my feet up.

Conveniently Located Our check-in was quick and easy. Our room was as expected. This time our suite included a door between the sitting room and bedroom, which was nice. We have stayed before and not had that. The room was clean. The staff was responsive. I always forget I have to request items for the kitchen, but they were brought promptly. Basic internet was a little slow, but I find it annoying that I have to pay extra for normal internet speeds, so we live with it. The free breakfast was coffee, granola bars and prepack... read more

Rio Rancho DR. loction This location was a step-up from the other location (Americas). Bathroom could be updated/better work on touch-up appearances.

Room 208 Microwave was dirty. Bath towels need to be replaced. Lamps on each side of the bed would not turn on. Unable to control my room temp. With that said, the price was good and the staff was great!

Bring water or ice. It was good. Was upset that they didn’t have any ice machines in the hotel what so ever. Also none of the vending machines had water.
