Close ton my Doctor (specialist). Weather was bad, traveled day before and was a very nice place tof stay home away from home.

Coffee fail There is no point in serving coffee of you can't have real milk or half and half to put into it. Sweetened artificial creamer is gross. Not my thing.

Was great till I noticed my vehicle was broken into in your parking lot! You really should spend some money on some security cameras! The police that did my report said it would be helpful if you had cameras to catch theses people!
Good price I heater wasn't working

GPS sends you to wrong place. The room was very quiet even by exit door. The room was updated and super spacious. For a night rest it was great.

Nice room, middle of Rio Rancho The hotel is in the middle of Rio Rancho which is convenient if you are planning on staying just in that area. Room was nice and so was the staff. There were a few things here and there that I'm sure would bug some people. There was a small hole in the blanket on the bed and I saw a booger on the wall but nothing HORRIBLE!

December 2016 I stayed Sun Dec 11th and everything was wonderful but checked back in in Wed Dec 14th and was less than desirable. I had to clean the hair out of the bathtub from previous person in room. And also had to clean the foundation out of bathroom sink. I complained but staff didn't even offer to move me to a new room. Then at around 11:30pm I had to call the front desk because the smoke detector kept beeping and waking me up.
