We arrived at 3:30 PM on Saturday and Were welcomed warmly and were quickly registered in our room. The room was clean and cool. We had a good nights rest had a continental breakfast. When we arrived home we could not find our checkbook. After searching at home we decided it had been left in our hotel room in a drawer. We called the desk and asked if they could check. they did so and explained the process to get it sent to us. We were greatly pleased with the service i received.

Very Nice Family and Pet Friendly! We arrived very late, after midnight. The night employee was SO kind and brought our extra bed linens for the couch bed quickly when we asked. Be aware, this location does not stock the dishes and cooking supplies and utensils IN your room, you need to request the items you want to have. Do this as soon as you check in so you have what you need when you need it. The manager was so kind. Nice hotel in the Albuquerque area close to shopping and dining. Easy access to the highways.

New Mexico Adventure Good hotel close to shopping and dining. Nice place to stay while in the Albuquerque area. The rates are VERY good for the product. Hotel was under renovation, but it was still quiet and the room was updated and clean. Highly recommend this hotel to those wanting value without sacrificing on quality.
The room was very dirty, I had to ask to get it cleaned the following morning asking them to wash walls in the bathroom and clean the dirty floors. The tub would not drain and so all the dirt from my children's shower remained in the tub. There were cockroaches and ants all over in my room. There was no pool as mentioned in the amenities. The staff was nice but even after I mentioned these things they just said they were sorry. There also is no breakfast only packaged muffins.
Breakfast wasn't much. A muffin, a granola bar and coffee was pretty much it.

Rooms were awful- the first initial look wasn’t terrible, but once you got a closer look it was disgusting. Booger’s on the wall (like dozens!) stains on the bedding/beds, no bedding for the pull out couc, AND COCKROACHES! We saw at least 3 of them the morning we checked out.

Don’t let the nice exterior fool you. While the hotel looks great and appears clean upon entry, the actual guest experience was very poor. We were shocked to find a roach in our room, and the hallway carpets were notably grimey. Furthermore, the room was stripped of standard essentials—no coffee machine and no toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/Kleenex). For a place that looks this good on the outside, the lack of basic hygiene and guest supplies is unacceptable. We will be finding other accommodations in the future.

The suite had no cooking/eating utensils, bare amenities , a lot of the people staying there are long-term and not necessarily the most considerate of other guests, loud, arguments that can be heard , marijuana smoke odors outside in the parking lot, just not very classy overall. I don't recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers.
