Not a good hotel The hotel stated there was a pool and free breakfast but its not true. The phone and the alarm on the room were not working. The window was also duck tape .Overall not a good hotel i think what is advertised should match what we get.we were looking forward to the pool but there was none.

The advertised breakfast is incorrect and they are aware of this problem without fixing it. There is no breakfast, just coffee and some poor quality muffins in sealed plastic, this is not breakfast of any kind.

Two of the three rooms I booked were dirty, and although the website says they have a pool, it has already been closed.

Never again. Room Floor was sticky. Sheets were dirty the shower curtain is hung to high so water goes on the floor. The "breakfast" WASNT. They had to small baskets of blueberry muffins and a handful of hard breakfast bars. Not even a variety of muffins just blueberry. Not what was left a 830 but refilled. The hallway by exit door smelled of heavy smoke "non smoking building" Not that i used it but i noticed the dryer door was completely off the dryer and on top of washer. The place was just a mess.

The room was decent and met basic expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the constant sound of dogs barking throughout the day. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. If you’re sensitive to noise or looking for a peaceful environment, this is not the best choice.

Staff was ok while checking in. We stayed on the first floor near the exit door. We walked into the room. Horrible smell. Smelt like cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean at all. The bathtub was painted. Bathroom also smelt like cigarettes. Next to the window. Sugar ants we're coming in. I did let the front desk aware of this. His response was I don't have another room to provide you. I will head there soon to clean. He never showed up to clean it up or take a look at the ant situation. There is no pool, even though it’s listed in the amenities; also your room isn’t guaranteed, even if you prepay, so you may get stuck with a smaller room and having to accept a refund. You also have to ask for body-size towels for showers; they don’t automatically put them in your room. All around, I got a room to stay for a cheap price, but if I had it to do over again, I’d choose to spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

One of the doors was missing on The suite bedroom for privacy and mold around the bath tub stains in the seats food still left on the table and windows had tons of dirty scum that messed up The view of the mountains and plus there was only one attendant at the front desk... My check in was delayed almost 30 minutes when I was supposed to check in at 3:00 when I was there at 2:50 and then I came back at 3:10 but it wasn't ready until around 3:30ish and some of the outside window screens had holes in it.
