Bad service checking in. Rooms had dirty sheets. Room door lock was broken. Would never stay again.

They shouldn’t advertise breakfast since it’s just granola bars and coffee that they don’t even provide coffee cups for. There is also no access to drinking water in the gym or anywhere else in the hotel. There are also no ice machines for guest juice. The bathroom in our room was disgusting moldy dirty shower

The floors still had trash under the recliner and the bed, no remote for the second TV in the bedroom, no dishes available upon checking into the room. Had to go down every time to the front desk to get what we needed, also no hair dryer readily available in the restroom had to go down the following morning with wet hair to ask for a hair dryer not even as much as a glass cup or paper towel napkins were available to us in our room everything you had to go and ask for at the front desk I spent most of my time up and down the ... read more

Room was not ready by check in and had to wait an hour only to go into a half fast clean room. Lots of kids playing in hallway I assumed because its an extended stay, familys living there.

Checked into room and there was no shower head so front desk changed our room. The hallway towards our room smelled like sewage and when we opened the door to our room we noticed it was coming from our room. We walked into the room and saw what looked to be a roach. My spouse stepped on it and it was indeed a roach. We had bought room spray for the smell and checked the entire room for any more insects. The smell subsided and no signs of any insects.
