PAY EXTRA FOR BETTER HOTEL! No ice machine. Continental breakfast was just coffee. The toliet was running and you could hear everything goin on next door. Very unsatisfied. Will never stay again!
bad mattress Eveyone my wife and I encountered at the hotel, staff, were very helpful and pleasant. that said this was the worst mattress I have had in a hotel/motel in quite a few years. The pillows were small and not very comfortable. The room itself was nice but everything inside including the bathroom appeared cheap. I would not stay there again.
Front desk people were not helpful The front desk people did not seem to know what they were doing. They mixed up my reservation with someone else's and didn't try to resolve the issue.
Cleanlieness Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. There was tons of hair (in various colors) on my sheets, pillowcases, towels, and comforter. My dresser and table were also broken in that a piece of wood fell off the side while I was sitting in my room.
Appleton Hotel The biggest turn off the room when I walked in was someone had obviously used incense in the room. That set the tone for my attitude towards the room.
You get what you pay for. Both nights we were awoken by others, first night around two to a mother-daughter argument, second night around three to someone stomping around above us. Unfortunately, the front desk clerk goes "off duty" at 11:00 pm, so there's no one to complain to. The walls were definitely thin--we could hear a person coughing in the next room. Hotel was cheap, tv was fuzzy and we suspected that it may have been being used as a homeless shelter. We'll never stay at another Extended Stay again.
the hotell had a terrible odor walking thru the front door. we ordered a cot to sleep on and it was inn terrible shape. We sent it back. Overall It was not clean and we would not stay there again.
Needs updating Hotel needs updating. Air conditioning rattles.
