The worst breakfast ever experienced! They should call it something else. The service in the reception changed with the staff between horrible, rude and polite.

Trip to Appleton WI The lot location was nice close to the mall down town stores etc. On our first night there I realized the heat did not work, it was a cold rainy day, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The linens did not appear fresh. When I called the front desk she had no other rooms available. It was a cold night. She could have offered extra blankets. Don't Stay here. My girlfriend and I went for a shop and gab. I "treated" for the hotel and we brought along a few bits of food to share. Imagine my surprise when we tried to open a bottle and there was absolutely not one bit of utensils in the cupboards - nothing, ziltch. Then I found out that you had to request the pieces you wanted and they would be brought to the room. Seriously. Roomy and clean room with comfortable bed The outside of hotel in parking and entry are had lotas of trash. Big cracks in sidewalks and the lobby and elevator were shabby looking. The room itself was roomy and clean but didn't have dishes or toaster so we decided to not try to ask for all items needed--just toaster.

Basically a place to put your belongings No daily house keeping, they really splurge for your morning grab and go breakfast (sarcasm), walked into the room laid on the bed that was full of hair, then had sheets brought up and had to change them ourselves. I guess they really want you to feel like you're at home. No extra perks, just a bed and a tv.

very disappointed ask 2 different people to have my room clean and it never happened. when checking out the lady at the desk said I should have asked her for help, I don't think I should have to ask 3 people to get my room cleaned. very disappointed p

Not great. NBC did not work on television for both nights we were there. People upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants. No ice machine in hotel. Breakfast was granola bar, packages of oatmeal and muffins.
