Okay for one night. Room was okay. We stayed for one night because all other hotels from Green Bay to Appleton were booked and this one was available. Glad we got the room but will plan better next time. Tiny bathroom. Old rooms and carpet. The breakfast "bar" consisted of a small area across from front desk with coffee on top and wrapped muffins, cereal bars and apples in bins below. This is definitely not a short stay hotel. All entrances had people smoking at them and you had to walk through the smoke to get inside.

Unpleasantly suprised I had reserved a queen bed room and was given two small twin beds but thought no big deal its one night. But there was hair on both beds. Went to the counter to let someone know and it took 15 minutes for someone to come. All night the people above me had kids screaming and running around. I checked the reviews before i purchased room and am very suprised the ratings were good. NEVER again!

Good on Paper, but Missing Things ... I travel frequently for my job, so there are certain things I expect out of a hotel. The room was fine, the price reasonable, the service was very friendly, the location was good and everything was clean. So it sounds on on paper, but there were lots of little things missing, that became incredibly irritating after a while. You get what you pay for. My wife stayed here alone overnight. There were some sketchy people in the lobby talking about her. She forgot her phone cord and was about to go get it, but there was a guy in the hall on a phone looking in every peep hole. The staff was trying hard though.

Smokey, not updated, road noise, and staff improve When we went to check in, the manager worked from a sitting position. We got keys that did not let us in the exterior door (another guest helped us in with their key card). Only one of the two keys worked to get into the room. The entryway, hallway, and room all smelled strongly of smoke. The room had cheap carpet, no items to use for an extended stay, not even a glass. The bathroom was tiny, with thinner, older towels. Stay a couple of nights in a dog pound. Smells funny and too many dogs. You see dogs when your checking in, you hear dogs barking going down the hall, and you hear them early in the morning when they want to go outside.

Dissapointing Disappointing - it was just plain disappointing. Expected a nicer place. Don't know how else to put it. The overall impression was disappointing.

Worst customer service ever DO NOT STAY HERE! Was wrongly charged a $200 smoking fee. Accused of having multiple people in my party smoking and room was supposed covered in smoke. If that was the case the little front desk girl should have said she was going to charge us. But no, find a $200 charge to my account and when questioning the staff, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. After passing inspection with no sign of smoking anywhere, it was a pain to get management to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HE... read more
