My husband and I booked this hotel for one night. The property looked nothing like the pictures online. The front desk staff was not very friendly. We got to our room and it smelled terrible in there. I sat down on the bed and the sheets were sticky and the pillows were wet. After less than 5 minutes in the room we grabbed our stuff and walked out. Very disappointed.

Called ahead let the hotwl know i was checking in after midnight, arrived on loction to find that my reservation was canceled by the hotel then they tried to upcharge me for the stay , poor cistomer service Saturday night attendant was useless and unhelpful. Made the trip with my 2 kids and wife he couldn't care less, propery was not as described anyways, stay away

WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We left within an hour.. I Booked Because Me And My Spouse Both Worked The Day Of The GNX Concert, 4/26/25, Just Got The Room And Dropped His Bag In The Room, And Went To The Concert, So We Knew We Would Be Tired And The Traffic Would Be Terrible. I had to switch rooms on the first night due to an odd smell and roaches. Credit to the front desk man, he apologized profusely and didn’t hesitate to get me a new room. The second room had a smell and hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. It served its purposes as I only needed to sleep there. It was quiet. Air conditioning unit worked. I never attempted to use anything but bed and bathroom.

We got to hotel at 6pm and was told our 2 paid rooms were not available and they overbooked and we had to cancel and rebook at the walk in rate at a much higher price. It was too late to cancel on Expedia and will have to now deal with trying to get our money back!
