Fridge smelled and was not cold enough, tv did not work well, space was cramped.

The suites that are intended to sleep 4 do not have a mattress in the sofa bed. They moved us twice before coming to the 3rd room and arguing that sofa beds don't have a mattress. They finally gave us two queens instead and charged us extra. Roaches everywhere (I have pictures). The grab and go breakfast was a basket with two muffins sitting in the lobby. Nice room with a small kitchen. The only problem is the toilet didn't flush properly. You had to flush it 3 times to make the toilet paper go down.

I personally had a bad experience. I called in the day of check in and the representative told me that I could do an early check in at 12 noon. I got there and then he proceeded to tell me that there were no rooms available and that he had told me 12:30 noon. The issue was resolved. However, the non-smoking room given to us, had a very smoke smell inside. The only good thing was the room was clean and that it was close to thebplaces I was visiting.. That is all.

You get what you pay for. Check in took forever. The room smelled SO BAD! Poor cleanliness, poor quality amenities, poor quality bed. AC was divine! Definitely a place to just sleep, nothing fancy.

My husband and I booked this hotel for one night. The property looked nothing like the pictures online. The front desk staff was not very friendly. We got to our room and it smelled terrible in there. I sat down on the bed and the sheets were sticky and the pillows were wet. After less than 5 minutes in the room we grabbed our stuff and walked out. Very disappointed.
