Facility needs to be updated, not all areas were clean, certain locations had a bed smell.

Wasn’t totally satisfied for the amount that I had to pay The property appears to guest that live there! The property needs to be updated! There was no trash can in the rooms the bed is extremely hard! The elevator units did not work we used the stairs and the stairway casing was pulling up ! Very unsafe!!!! After driving 12 hours, it's disappointing to have a unclean room. There was negative issues with the booking of our confirmation. It wasn't honored. The room was damaged and not up to clean standards. There was 1 bed for 5 people. The sofa bed was broken and had no bedding on it. The toilet leaked, the bathroom door was damaged. We left early due to personal circumstances. Front desk clerk was nice and professional the day we checked in. The towels were clean.

a nightmare everything, fixtures, smoke detectors, door, everything was broken, carpet stained and smelly nothing, it was a pigsty

Payed for room didn’t end up staying do to nothing working would give no stars if allowed The picture advertised are of the extended stay 2 blocks down. It smelled horrible there was stuff all over the ways lights didn’t work. Didn’t even stay after paying for room and going to room Nothing don’t recommend
