I arrived, saw the room and left it was so dirty, smelly, the room wasn’t clean when we got there. The guy said that was the only room available, so we left. There were towels on the floor, the bed wasn’t made. Just awful Nothing

Bad We spent 4 days without light in the bathroom, they didn't change our room. They don't clean the rooms, they don't give new towels or toilet paper. The alarm rang several times at midnight. noises and disturbances. Several customers complained about their rooms in the lobby. I heard a man complain about the toilet not working. There was no hot water and the heating did not work. I talked to the owner and the secretary and they didn't care about the situation lousy service

awful. just plain awful. everything. we were treated poorly when complaining about the room, which was left a disaster. nothing, the environment was horrible, as we pulled up cops were everywhere and dhs was being yelled around. and the other company surroundings were very uneasy.
