didn’t stay Booking.com sent us to another BAD place!!! and said it was 168.00 took 215.00 out of my account when we got there they said we had NO reservation!!!! they do not take reservations and they only had one room with one bed!!!!!!!

I guess you get what you paid for, it was affordable for the size room we needed, but didn’t feel safe sleeping with all First they made us check the room before I could check in, which was sketchy. For being a non-smoking facility it smelled like smoke in the hallways, the elevator did not work & we were on the 3rd floor. There were cracks in the door frame & no bolt lock for extra safety, made it feel very unsafe. The assistant manager did not support me after the worker kept my cash. The staff at the front desk stole my cash.

Bad The staff told us to call booking and get our money back because they would not stay in that room with their family it was terrible and we ended up sleeping in our car because I couldn't get my money back and I couldn't afford to get another room Nothing we did not stay here

Bad That I had no heat for 4 days . The phone cord was never fixed . The bathroom light burns out and wasn't fixed. Nothing
