Bad My room had mold on the mattress in the pull out couch looks like a crime scene. Fold out bed broken and when we would tell the staff we got the run around and of course no refund. Ask to speak with GM they said he doesn't come in til Monday so when I went to see him Monday the same lady who said he would be there said he was to busy he was in a meeting and I could tell her my issues again. This hotel was horrible and I DO NOT recommend!! not safe locks to outside doors were broken, the people living there looked very sketchy, smells in the hallway from some of the rooms were disgusting, the people living there some were nasty and the rooms that they occupied were nasty and filthy, housekeeping never came to our room, and elevators were broken!!!! nice location

Don't EVER stay at this property. I am not fussy, but it is actually the worst place I Apparently, this facility is meant for long term stays. The clients live here. It should never be treated as a "hotel". The "reception" area is like entering a prison. No proper lobby. No blow drier available Nothing

We didn’t stay because it was well below standard! Definitely not 3 star! The reception was dirty, uninviting and not identifiable (not like the photo) and the receptionist was disinterested and unhelpful! The lower level of the building smelt of a nauseating stale cooked cabbage and the upper level had a very high level odour of cannabis!
