Is hotel of horrors The facilities were extremely dirty and beyond repair. My experience at this facility was very bad.. Got to my room and I did not have A blanket and my sheets were dirt. Went to the front desk to ask for a blanket and clean sheets and was given Sheets to change myself.. And was told they were out of blankets and was given what looked like a tablecloth tablecloth. Poor
Dissatisfied TRIP I paid for a room that I didn't stay in. I got put in a room where another person was sleeping. The sofa bed in my room was completely nasty. I still haven't been reimbursed for my downgrade. The location and the front desk manager was nice. Everyone else was poorly dressed and didn't have a clue what was going on.

we payed on top of bed couldn’t not take our shouts off definitely a 1 star nasty and bathroom nasty couldn’t have decent comforter thinnest one I ever seen very bad

Poor Rooms were not clean properly and they had roaches in the room. Hallways smelled like marijuana. They had roaches and rooms were not that clean

Poor The smell of the facility and roaches in the fridge. We were surprised with a deposit and no one could tell us how the trolley works even though the hotel advertised it. Nothing it had a bad odor of cheap air freshener and roaches inside the fridge
