it didn’t happen paid for a service or product that was not available, therefore this property stole from me and won’t respond. legal action being taken paid for room, was turned away when we arrived, said they were full. still have not heard back from anyone concerning a refund

Bad I was charged for a room they did not have for me. I had to go to another hotel.

Bad I was still charged for the room even tho they didnt have one for me They were over booked and didnt have a room for us upon arrival

This room was unacceptable for what I paid. There were other hotels in the area that offered better amenities and at a m we were missing a shower curtain, a phone in the room, the bathroom door didn’t shut, & there was no hook- part to the safety lock. Also two main reasons that we stayed was to swim & unwind, the pool was “being cleaned” and the other reason I booked was breakfast was supposed to be included. Their idea of breakfast was coffee & a to-go muffin and/or a package of oatmeal. location

Crooks they are. I didn't like the fact that this establishment stole my money. After overbooking when the site still had 4 rooms online the representative told me that they would cancel the payment, only for me to be charged in full. When I returned and asked why I was charged in full it was put on my reservation that I was a no show. This place will steal your hard earned money and smile in your face.
