Ok for simply a room for the night Older hotel. Sheets appeared clean but visible stains on carpet, mold on bathroom walls. Glad it was only one night. Not worth $89, should have been half that.
Awful Couldn't check in. No reservation from Hotels.com. Had to find another hotel at 2:30 am. Seeking a refund.
Great location but Housekeeping left a great deal to be desired. Arrived at 430 PM, both rooms were not ready, check in time is 3pm. Coffeemaker in my room didnt work. Bathtub had mold around it and was sorely in need of a caulking job. The price for one night was extremely high for the comfort of this hotel.
Vacation We almost lost our reservation because they were giving rooms out first come first serve because the hotel lost a housekeeper and general manager. The room was clean but the walls and most everything should habe been replaced thee years ago. The staff was willing to give away rooms but not willing to help with getting eooms at other hotels. I travel to Asheville quite often and like to try different hotels, my experience at this hotel was pathetic.

Needs some serious cleaning and upgrade Carpets were stained and dirty looking.....paint is peeling, woodwork is sloppy...just looks awful for the price. Won't stay there again
Needs improvement Overall cleanliness poor. We were there from a Monday evening to a Friday morning. We noted pieces of paper in the hallway that indicated that no one vacuumed the hallway the entire time we stayed there. I lost an earring in our room and in my search looked under the bed. There were dust balls, hair rubber bands among other things indicating that no one vacuums under the bed. Sheets on the bed were very poorly fitted. Towels were extremely rough to the feel. disappointing There was a nasty smell coming from the refrigerator as we came into the room. The cinderblock walls gave it an institutional feel. The biggest disappointment was when we went to watch our favorite TV shows we found that they did not have CBS. One of the basic channels .
