Evacuees from Irma We were there during our evacuation from Hurricane Irma. The staff was very kind. The rooms were great and the ability to have our dogs in our room was amazing.

Close to downtown and good deal Hotel was great for a short weekend getaway and quick avg $7oneway ride with Lyft to the breweries downtown. Front desk people were nice. Bed was so-so, only 3 pillows but asked for an extra the 2nd night/ 1 case was stained upon arrival but got quickly was able to get a clean one. Rooms do come with a hairdryer if you ask the front desk. A/C worked well but did get a little muggy during the day. Overall room was clean and worked out well. A wonderful welcome My granddaughter and I went to see the solar eclipse in Sylva, NC and this was the closest city. We had a great room-queen bed non-smoking on the ground floor. The manager on duty,John, went above and beyond in getting us checked in. I had driven from northern Virginia to Asheville thru ALL THE TRAFFIC to get there. Loud music from party in parking lot. Had to listen to loud base for hours from party of about 15 people in the parking lot. I was on the third floor and had to turn on the tv in self defense. It was right outside the front entrance so staff had to know about it.
