NO directions! on my confirmation, there was NOTHING about the physical address, or directions to the hotel. It said "Tunnel Rd." but that is a large commercial area. The hotel was uphill and invisible from Tunnel Rd.

Close to downtown. Good parking, friendly staff. Would recommend to people on a budget.

Convenient location It is a great location because of the proximity to downtown. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The room could use a good vacuuming. The sheets should be replaced as it looked like they were used for ironing and had some burn marks on them. Some of the towels were looking a bit dingy. I did notice some mold around the shower faucet and knob. id stay again if they made those improvements.

Asheville is a beautiful fun place to visit. The hotel staff was helpful and as accommodating as possible. However our room was dirty and they handed us rags and sheets to clean ourselves! Would never stay again!

Very friendly front desk staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Could even crack the windows to get some fresh air! Only recommendation is to add hair conditioner for the shower. Otherwise very pleased.

OK for the price; "Free" WiFi isn't any good The hotel was ok, but I felt the front desk service was lacking. When I checked in, there was an older woman who was being really condescending to the younger woman, berating her in front of a line of guests and telling her she needed to slow her speech down.
