Nice place to stay for a few days. Overall, our stay was very good. Noisy neighbors above us, banging things around and making a lot of noise and someone with 2 dogs that barked during the night, waking us up several times. The continental breakfast is nothing to brag about but it is something. Overall it was very good.

Very Responsive Staff. First time at this hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Very clean and spacious and quiet room. Very kind, friendly and professional staff throughout my stay. I used the kitchenette which had no dishes, but no problem, the desk clerk gave me a bin of dishes and utensils. I was also loaned a phone charger since I. had forgotten mine. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Asheville. Oh, and very easy to get downtown.

Need Cleaner Looking Linens The bed linens didn't look too clean..other than that, the room was fine
