Stayed 2 nights, mattress needs to be replaced, sagged to the middle of bed.

Nice Kitchen but... I thought the bed was good and the shower was great but it had a full kitchen with no plates, bowls, silverware, or glasses. What are you supposed to do with an empty kitchen?

NO directions! on my confirmation, there was NOTHING about the physical address, or directions to the hotel. It said "Tunnel Rd." but that is a large commercial area. The hotel was uphill and invisible from Tunnel Rd.

Close to downtown. Good parking, friendly staff. Would recommend to people on a budget.

Convenient location It is a great location because of the proximity to downtown. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The room could use a good vacuuming. The sheets should be replaced as it looked like they were used for ironing and had some burn marks on them. Some of the towels were looking a bit dingy. I did notice some mold around the shower faucet and knob. id stay again if they made those improvements.

Asheville is a beautiful fun place to visit. The hotel staff was helpful and as accommodating as possible. However our room was dirty and they handed us rags and sheets to clean ourselves! Would never stay again!
