Very friendly front desk staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Could even crack the windows to get some fresh air! Only recommendation is to add hair conditioner for the shower. Otherwise very pleased.

OK for the price; "Free" WiFi isn't any good The hotel was ok, but I felt the front desk service was lacking. When I checked in, there was an older woman who was being really condescending to the younger woman, berating her in front of a line of guests and telling her she needed to slow her speech down. The younger woman's customer service was fine, and it was awkward to be chiding her in front of multiple people. One night stay, disappointing breakfast! The room was clean but had a noisy a/c unit, that only revealed itself in the middle of the night. Too late to change rooms. Reception staff on our arrival were cold and disengaged. Reception staff at checkout were much friendlier, thankfully. We bought the room partly based on an avertised 'free breakfast', but were sorely disappointed when that turned out to be coffee and muffin. Great location. Cleanliness could be improved Very comfortable bed. The room was clean, however there was hair in the shower and on the towels. Otherwise great location and quiet hotel (minus some dogs barking in the morning for a short time). Will bring our own towels next time
