Good value for Asheville Overall, it was a great experience. Wifi didn't work. They were having "problems." I didn't like that people were allowed to smoke near the front door, despite a sign clearly stating there was to be no smoking with 100 ft. I even observed several hotel staff smoking there. The hotel was very accommodating for for pets and even had a designated area for pets to relieve themselves.

So so stay Arrived prime time. No one at desk. First room the A/C very noisy. Second room had quiet A/C that didn't cool so well; barely adequate. Advertised breakfast included. ...not so much. Was a grab and go consisting of muffins, granola bars and coffee. Wouldn't recommend for short stay.

Needs better house cleaning. This is the second year I've stayed at this hotel. It was not as clean as it was last year. Had to have someone come in to unclog the tub because the water would slowly go down the drain. I was standing in a pool of water. Every time I came back into the room it smelled musty. I also had to clean the air condition filter as it was extreme filthy.

Average room for a high price I've stayed here several times over the years. It has become a little more run down than it used to be. All utensils/cups for the kitchen must be requested at the desk. The AC was marginally functional.
