Very Responsive Staff. First time at this hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Very clean and spacious and quiet room. Very kind, friendly and professional staff throughout my stay. I used the kitchenette which had no dishes, but no problem, the desk clerk gave me a bin of dishes and utensils. I was also loaned a phone charger since I. had forgotten mine. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Asheville. Oh, and very easy to get downtown.

Need Cleaner Looking Linens The bed linens didn't look too clean..other than that, the room was fine
