bon sejour Hôtel retire d un grand axe donc calme. Malgre tout proche du downtown de asheville Petit déjeuner très simple mais suffisant

Comfortable for what was needed We arrived late at and there was confusion about the rooms, but it was sorted out quickly. Only needed a place to sleep, which it accommodated us nicely for that purpose.

Nice quiet, safe location, great service! I'd never been to Asheville and was unfamiliar with the area, so I was pleased to see that the hotel was located in a nice area, but still near downtown, I felt completely safe. The service was fantastic. We had a problem with our room at first...someone had cooked a super spicy curry/garlic dish and the room smelled unbearable for me personally. They helped us move to a new room right away and were very helpful; we enjoyed our stay and slept well. Comfortable beds and pillows!

Weekend getaway The staff was super helpful. The night guy Chris is amazing. I would defiantly stay there again.

nice hotel It was a decent hotel to stay in for just a night near the heart of the city. Didn't have any complications during my stay there and the room was clean.

Clean but just ok Room was clean. Check-in was easy. Convenient location. There was construction going on that we were not notified of and the hotel was a bit dated. The breakfast was dismal, coffee and packaged muffins.

Great hotel, friendly staff, close to downtown We decided to go to Asheville for the day and there was a lot going on downtown and all the hotels were very expensive and full. We decided on Extended Stay which is less than 2 miles away from everything and had a very good experience. They had an entire wing of newly refurbished rooms, so we were the first to stay in the room we got. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! Very reasonable rates as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again... read more

Great Location, Good Price Great location, friendly staff, lots of good restaurants in very close proximity. Hotel has obviously seen better days, could use some updating, but our room was very clean and well-kept.
