Better places to stay in the area A disappointment. Some staff are arrogant. Did not feel welcome at all. Took hotel chain off my list. One saving grace was the one good staff person they had. Also had a nice desk to work.

a good value A good price, a good location. Our room, though, was noisy - the people in the room above us sounded like they were running in place. Also, do note that daily maid service is NOT included (though you can get fresh towels from the front desk). The breakfast is minimal - coffee and muffins or a granola bar.

Unexpected but good place to stay Room was very clean and staff very friendly. It really wasn't for our needs which was just an overnight stay with good coffee and a good breakfast included. It is a great place for families or people who need to stay a week or several days. It is set up with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink.

Nice and convenient Lovely time. Centrally located, helpful staff, just a few miles from pretty much everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Affordable, Clean, Fantastic Staff We have stayed here in the past and it's just fine for the price. The first night we were late arriving, but had called a head of time to confirm that we were still planning to show. Once we did, our room had been given away and we had already prepaid. We were sent to another hotel down the road for the night. The next morning we returned to the Extended Stay and they were very kind and very apologetic about the situation. This was only a stop for us to sleep. The only complaint I have is we checked in at 1:30 in the morning and all we wanted to do was sleep and the desk clerk wouldn't stop talking, even after we explained we were tired and just wanted to sleep. It was after 2:00 that we finally were able to get to our room. I feel that it's a waste of money when we're not given the chance to get to our room.

Close to downtown and quiet Exocet for a surly front desk attendant who wasn't at the front desk when we arrived for 15 minutes and never acknowledged her absence or offered a simple apology, the place is a repeat stayer with easy access to the highway and the center of town. Clean and spacious.
